DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Offer training classes on Events planning and Management
  2. In charge of regular review of the training curriculum and resources;
  3. Develop a schedule to assess students training needs;
  4. Track and compile collected data on students training;
  5. Communicate on students training needs and resources;
  6. Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials;
  7. Test and review created training materials;
  8. Maintain a database of all training materials;
  9. Instruct Students training and onboarding process;
  10. Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, costs and equipment;
  11. Any other duties assigned within the scope of your activities.

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS

  1. Certificate or Diploma in Events Management, Hospitality or a related field.
  2. Two (2) years’ working experience in a similar or related position in events management.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
  4. Strict adherence to company philosophy/mission statement/ goals.
  5. Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects.
  6. Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
  7. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  8. Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills.
  9. Encouraging to the students and fellow colleagues; able to mentor and lead.
  10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  11. Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
  12. Passionate about training.
